Lynn is a prisoner in a cell by her own choosing as she can’t live with her sins and painful choices of her past. When she is forced to kill a elder member, her story will spiral down a dark path. While out in the wild, she discovers a sickness beginning to infect the people of her an neighboring clans of the Steeps. Nasha is a hunter for her clans to the south of this world. Together with his bride to be Myrra, daughter of an enemy foreign king, the will of the Seraph will cleanse the land of this growing sickness. It now falls to Adrian to carry on the task but he is more of a diplomat than fighter. Jovu was tasked with doing a task for his father while slaughtering clans and villages before being killed himself. The author does a great job of immersing the reader in this rich world even if the introduction was a bit confusing at times.Īdrian is the second son to the king chosen to take up the mantle from his now deceased brother Jovu. A Touch of Light is a Multi POV story riddled with war, hatred, religion, and a growing sickness taking shape throughout the land. Today is my stop in the Escapist book tour and I couldn’t be happier to share my reading experience with everyone. I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
